Philipp Büchler has been an integral part of the family business since 2012, shaping its development with great dedication, entrepreneurial vision and in-depth expertise.
His career in real estate began even earlier: for five years he gained solid professional experience at a renowned fiduciary and real estate trust company in Lucerne – a time during which he discovered and deepened his passion for real estate.
To further expand his expertise, Philipp completed various educational programs in the real estate sector, including the Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences, along with other specialized qualifications.
Philipp grew up in Weggis and lives in his hometown together with his wife and their two daughters. His intimate knowledge of the local property market is rooted in personal experience. He is also actively involved in numerous local associations and serves on several boards, reflecting his strong network and deep connection to the region.
In his free time, Philipp enjoys an active lifestyle – whether on the tennis court, biking, or engaging in outdoor sports in the mountains.

After completing his training, he began his professional career at a fiduciary firm in Lucerne and at just 22 years of age, founded his first company. For more than 12 years, he successfully managed an internationally operating wholesale business with a focus on the Asian market.
In 1999, Urs Büchler founded Büchler Immobilien-Treuhand in Weggis and has since devoted himself with great enthusiasm to his own family business. His expertise and know-how are highly valued in his day-to-day work, particularly when advising clients and business associates. Since 1999, he has been actively involved on several boards of directors in the real estate sector. This long-standing involvement reflects his deep interest in and experience with the industry.
In his free time, Urs Büchler enjoys being active outdoors – whether in his hometown of Weggis, the idyllic region of Central Switzerland, or the canton of Valais. With a weekly routine of table tennis, tennis and golf, he keeps himself physically fit. Time with his family is especially precious to him – not least since the birth of his grandchildren, who bring additional joy and fulfilment to his everyday life.
Beyond sports, Urs has a passion for fine dining, exquisite wines and fast sports cars from Zuffenhausen. His life motto, “Live your dream – everything else is a waste of time,” reflects his positive outlook on life.
Fabien Büchler has been part of Büchler Immobilien as a Real Estate Marketing Specialist since May 2024. Growing up in the picturesque lakeside communities, she knows the region where the company is based inside out. With a deep understanding of the local community and an extensive network, Fabien is a valuable asset to the Büchler Immobilien team.
Before joining Büchler Immobilien, Fabien worked as a team leader in Customer Service and Inside Sales Management at an international publicly listed company in the fashion industry. These experiences sharpened her skills in client relations and sales, making her a highly competent professional.
Her husband, Philipp Büchler, supports her in balancing career and family. After her parental leave, Fabien returned to her professional role while remaining a dedicated mother.
In her free time, Fabien is active in sports and involved in various local associations, further underlining her strong connection to the community.

Nicole Bacher-Büchler has more than 15 years of professional experience in the accounting and auditing field. During this time, she served as a client manager for several years and acquired extensive expertise in accounting, payroll, financial statements, and taxes.
Nicole has been part of the family-owned company Büchler Immobilien-Treuhand AG in Weggis since November 2024. There, she is primarily responsible for finance, accounting, payroll, annual financial statements, and taxes.
Nicole grew up in Weggis and remains closely connected to the region to this day. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her family and traveling the world. She’s also passionate about photography, good food, and cooking, and enjoys being outdoors in nature.
Sabrina Distel has been working as a marketing manager since July 1, 2026. She grew up in Root and now lives with her family in Weggis. Sabrina is still captivated by the view of Lake Lucerne every single day, and she fully understands why so many people want to settle down right here.
With over ten years of experience in marketing, Sabrina has worked in the marketing department of a specialty retailer for carpenters and interior designers for several years, during which time she completed her continuing education to become a Certified Online Marketing Manager (NDS HF). Danach spezialisierte sie sich zunehmend auf den digitalen Bereich und war zuletzt bei einer Marketingagentur als Kampagnenverantwortliche für nationale und internationale Kunden tätig.
This diverse range of experiences makes Sabrina a skilled and reliable marketing expert. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and her two cats—and as soon as her suitcase is packed, she always has a destination in mind for her next trip.
