Since 1999 our company stands for professional expertise in the real estate segment. As the founder, Urs Büchler has provided competent and successful advice to countless property owners over the course of more than two decades, using his extensive knowledge of the real estate industry.
In 2012, his son Philipp also joined the family business. After completing various further education programs in the real estate sector, including a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management, he acquired the necessary qualifications and contributed them to the family business.
As another valuable addition, daughter Nadine has joined the company in 2019 and is responsible for marketing. This has provided the company with additional resources for expanding its business field.

Philipp Büchler
Biography
Philipp Büchler is working in his own family business since 2012. Before that, he was working for a Lucerne-based trust / real estate trust company for five years, where he gained real estate knowledge and strengthened his interest in the area.
He has continued his studies around real estate. With the Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management at the Lucerne University, he has deepened his knowledge. He is also a certified real estate appraiser SIV.
The dedicated real estate enthusiast is anchored in the region and knows both, the market and the people very well. He is active in various clubs and can usually be seen wearing sportswear in his free time.

Nadine Büchler
Biography
Nadine Büchler, as the daughter of the company founder, learned to know and appreciate the real estate industry at a young age. As a co-owner, she now brings her passion and expertise to the family business, where she is responsible for the entire marketing area.
She has many years of experience as an executive assistant at an international trading company in Zug as well as at a leading provider of real estate investments and real estate funds in Baar. She has expanded and deepened her knowledge through further education in various areas such as marketing, sales, and real estate marketing KS/HEV.
Nadine grew up in Weggis and attended school there. She appreciates nature, enjoys being active and has a passion for dogs.

Biography
As the founder of the company, Urs Büchler has been working with great pleasure in his own family business since 1999. His valuable expertise in all aspects of the real estate business is an essential element that is appreciated on a daily basis. He still enjoys working with customers and business associates and providing them with advice.
In his leisure time he spends a lot of time outdoors, whether it’s in Weggis, “the most beautiful place” in Central Switzerland, or in the lovely Valais.
His passions include fine dining, good wine and sports cars from Zuffenhausen.
