Thanks to our regional network, we have access to off-market opportunities and organize viewings – also virtually – as well as professional reviews of rental or purchase agreements. The move itself is organized in cooperation with experienced transport companies. We handle customs clearance, temporary housing solutions in case of bottlenecks, as well as furnishing, cleaning and key handovers. For administrative integration we support you with registration at the local municipality and residents’ office, the application for residence permits (B or L permit), the opening of bank accounts in Switzerland and questions concerning insurance, taxes and fiduciary services. Another important focus is language and culture.We organize language courses, including dialect comprehension, provide intercultural coaching for expats and their families and help with social integration in everyday life. Childcare is also part of our services: we support families with school enrollment including school visits, arrange daycare placements and advise on all questions related to mobility and infrastructure.

Since 2019, Nadine Omaboe has contributed her in-depth market knowledge, strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills to Büchler Immobilien-Treuhand AG as a co-owner of the family business. Born and raised in Weggis, she not only knows the unique character of the region but also understands the needs of people arriving here for the first time.
Her career path has taken her to BASF in Zug as Executive Assistant and later to Corestate Capital Group, a leading real estate investment company. These roles sharpened her professional perspective on real estate, organizational structures and client relations – qualities that now define her work in the relocation field.
With sensitivity and a well-structured service concept, Nadine supports newcomers as they settle into the region: from location analysis and move-in coordination to integration into social and professional networks. She benefits both from her deep regional roots and her keen eye for detail – a valuable combination that makes all the difference.
