Since 1999 our company stands for professional expertise in the real estate segment. As the founder, Urs Büchler has provided competent and successful advice to countless property owners over the course of more than two decades, using his extensive knowledge of the real estate industry.
In 2012, his son Philipp also joined the family business. After completing various further education programs in the real estate sector, including a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management, he acquired the necessary qualifications and contributed them to the family business.
As another valuable addition, daughter Nadine has joined the company in 2019 and is responsible for marketing. This has provided the company with additional resources for expanding its business field.

Fabien Büchler-Joller

Fabien Büchler has been working as a real estate marketer at Büchler Immobilien since May 2024. Having grown up in the picturesque lakeside communities, she knows the region where the company is based very well. With a deep understanding of the local community and an extensive network, Fabien is a valuable asset to the Büchler Immobilien team.
Before joining Büchler Immobilien, Fabien worked as a team leader in Customer Service and Inside Sales Management at an international publicly traded company in the apparel industry. Her experiences in these areas have honed her skills in customer care and sales, making her a competent professional.
Her husband, Philipp Büchler, supports her in balancing her career and family. Despite her professional commitments, Fabien is a dedicated mother and resumed her work after her parental leave.
In her free time, Fabien is active in sports and involved in various clubs in the region. These activities emphasize her connection to the community.

Philipp Büchler
Biography
Philipp Büchler has been involved in the family business since 2012, bringing over a decade of valuable experience to the company. Before joining the family enterprise, he worked for five years at a renowned fiduciary and real estate trust company in Lucerne. There, he acquired comprehensive knowledge in the real estate sector and deepened his passion for the industry.
To further expand his expertise, Philipp completed various training and continuing education courses in real estate, including a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Additionally, he is a certified real estate appraiser (SIV), which further underscores his expertise.
Philipp Büchler is deeply rooted in the region and knows the local market like the back of his hand. His regional involvement is also reflected in his engagement in various associations. As a family man and a very active person, he successfully balances his professional and personal life. Since 2024, he has been working alongside his wife in the family business, making the work more enjoyable and the combination of family and profession particularly comfortable.

Nadine Büchler

Nadine Büchler, daughter of the company founder, was introduced to the fascinating world of real estate at a young age and discovered her passion for it. Since 2019, she has been contributing her extensive expertise and enthusiasm to the family business as a co-owner.
With her clear vision and strategic mindset, she oversees the marketing department — handling everything from the company’s public image and acquisition efforts to successful transactions.
Nadine brings extensive experience from her roles as Executive Assistant at BASF in Zug and at Corestate Capital Group, a leading provider of real estate investments.
Growing up in Weggis, Nadine enjoys staying active and spending her leisure time with her family in the mountains or exploring the beautiful landscapes of the region. Her deep affection for dogs adds a perfect touch to her life. Her loyal companion enriches her daily routine with additional joy and is an indispensable part of all her adventures.

He began his professional career after completing his training at a fiduciary company in Lucerne and founded his own business at the age of 22. For over 12 years, he led an internationally active wholesale company with a focus on the Asian market.
In 1999, Urs founded Büchler Immobilien-Treuhand in Weggis and has since dedicated himself with great enthusiasm to his own family business. His expertise and know-how are highly valued in his daily work, especially in advising clients and business associates. For 25 years, he has been actively involved in several boards of directors in the real estate sector. This long-standing commitment reflects his deep interest and experience in the industry.
In his free time, Urs enjoys the outdoors, whether in Weggis, the most beautiful place in Central Switzerland, or in the picturesque Valais. He maintains a demanding sports program that includes table tennis, tennis and golf every week. He particularly enjoys spending time with his family, especially since the birth of his granddaughter Anina.
Besides sports, Urs shares passions for exquisite meals, fine wines and fast sports cars from Zuffenhausen. His life motto, “Live your dream; everything else is a waste of time,” reflects his positive life philosophy.
